Introducing the New Tasks Module in the Pool Inspector App

We are excited to announce significant improvements to the Task Management module in the Pool Inspector App. These updates are designed to streamline your workflow, making task management in pool inspections more intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient. This new module is easy to use and will save your business valuable time.

What's New in the Tasks Module?

Enhanced Task Views

• Quick Search Buttons: Easily filter tasks by their status with new "Open," "Overdue," "Complete," and "All" quick search buttons. This feature helps you ensure that your pool inspection service runs smoothly by keeping track of all tasks efficiently.

• Toggle View Options: Users can now switch between List View and Card View for a more personalized task management experience. Whether you prefer a detailed list or a visual card view, these options make managing tasks user-friendly and easy to use.

Card View Enhancements

• Detailed Task Cards: Each task card now includes important information such as Due Date, Task Type, Tags, and Task ID. Overdue tasks are highlighted in red for easy identification, helping you manage deadlines and priorities effectively.

• Overdue Highlight: Overdue tasks are highlighted with red text for easy identification, ensuring that you never miss critical tasks related to pool safety and compliance.

Quick Actions on Task Cards

• Edit, Update Status, or Delete: Each task card features shortcuts to quickly edit, mark as complete, or delete a task. This functionality streamlines task management, saving you time and effort.

• Side Drawer for Editing: Clicking the edit icon opens a side drawer with detailed editing fields, making it easy to update task information without leaving the main screen. This feature enhances efficiency and user-friendliness in managing your pool inspection tasks.
